About Us

We are Young Disciples of Christ (YDOC)—a global, mobile movement dedicated to raising a generation of young believers who don’t just know the Word of God but live it. Rooted in the Great Commission, Matthew 28:19–20 (NLT):
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ by teaching the Word with simplicity, creativity, and power—aiming for transformation, not just information. Our mandate is to disciple the younger generation through teaching and intercession, carrying the torch of revival so that many will receive the flame and impact their generation. Isaiah 62:1 “Because I love Zion, I will not keep still. Because my heart yearns for Jerusalem, I cannot remain silent. I will not stop praying for her until her righteousness shines like the dawn, and her salvation blazes like a burning torch”. NLT.

We value faithfulness to the Word, the power of prayer, practical discipleship, creativity in teaching, and a global reach—beginning in the United Kingdom but extending to the nations. Above all, we are committed to raising disciples who live out their kingdom identity and shine as carriers of God’s light in their world.

History

This vision was first revealed in a dream in November 2023 during a season of preparation for the annual Winners Chapel Shiloh convention. I immediately set off on a 3 day fast to find out more from God and this vision. Mind you I was already walking in my calling, serving as a Children’s Church teacher for 2+ years without knowing I was called to disciple Children.

On the 2nd day of the fast, God gave me a deeper understanding of the office of a teacher and three vivid pictures. One of which was a torch that was lit and another a baby in the womb. The third was more towards my ordination. Before God gave me the go ahead to step out he first called me to himself, deeper into the secret place.

There he refined, consecrated, purged, gave grace & empowered me. I began to see my service as a responsibility partnered with God. He began to give me creative ideas and ways to illustrate the word, I myself was marveled!

Fast forward to November 2024, again in preparation for Shiloh, I began to receive dreams regarding the assignment God first gave me the previous year but this time they were on a larger scale. Upon receiving back to back dreams it was then made clear God gave me the green light to begin and take this beyond my place of service.

February 22nd 2025 the great commissioning and deployment - the clock has started! Now you have a bit of the back story let’s get into the mission!

WHAT IS DISCIPLESHIP

Taken from the Greek word Mathetes (Disciple) which means to be a pupil and a learner. The intent of a disciple is two fold; To learn and to increase in knowledge but also be able to put to use what one has learnt. Take learning how to drive, for example. The goal is to gain both theoretical and practical understanding, but ultimately, it’s about actually being able to drive! Being in a position that allows you to reap the benefits that comes with this new acquired skill.

This is the goal of discipleship, it’s to raise a people that have an understanding of the word of God (which is God) and be able to practically put to use their kingdom heritage, reaping the rewards available through the redemption of Jesus Christ.
